1hr 45mins - 1-2-1 Sound Bath and Indian Head Massage experience like nothing else you have never experienced before. After studying Pendulums, Chakras, Auras, Sound Healing & Massaging (including Indian Head Massage), I decided to incorporate these all together to bring you a beautiful hour and forty five minutes of Chakra and Aura Cleansing and re-balancing to help you feel more grounded and centred, retuning your energy system to vibrate at a calmer frequency. 1hr 20mins - A unique experience combining the ancient practice of sound healing and massage together. Different from any other traditional massage. You will be fully clothed. First Tuning Forks are placed on all the Chakras then, vibrating specially hand made Himalayan Sonic Massage Bowls are placed directly on your body, working over your whole body, the powerful vibrations of these specially made massage bowls, and sound waves from the bowls travel right through into your core, promoting a deep sense of mental peace, calm and well-being, creating an experience like nothing else you will have ever experienced before, the intense sensation of the bowls go deep within you, taking you to a place of deep relaxation and calm, releasing tension, and improving circulation, unblocking blocked Chakra’s, cleansing Aura, and retuning your energy system to vibrate at a more calmer frequency. 1hr 30mins - Venue - Harold Wood RM3. Includes, pillow, eye masks, bed, blanket. My  1-2-1- Sound Bath is slightly different from my group Sound Baths. For this 1-2-1 experience, I place instruments directly on your body and instead of an airbed, you will be on a massage table.  First starting with a meditation to calm and still your mind,  then cleansing the energy around you, then on to being totally immersed in the beautiful sounds of medicinal healing instruments..Crystal Harp, Chimes, Quartz Pyramid and more and the vibrations from the Shamanic Drum and Chau Gong swept over your body, going through every cell, right into you core, and Himalayan Bowls, Sonic Bowls, placed directly on your body, the vibrations shifting and moving stagnant energies that are serving you no good purpose, and holding you back,  and Tuning Forks placed on all seven Chakra’s, (our Chakra's are part of our energy system, where they release and absorb worldly external energies).  At the end of this 1-2-1 Sound Bath,  you will leave feeling like you have had a total factory reset, ready to deal with life, with a calmer mind, feeling grounded  and a sense off pure lightness. 

1hr 30mins - In the Harold Wood venue: price includes - pillow, eye masks, airbeds. I work on everyone individually in a intimate setting, I do max eight people per session, so everyone can receive the maximum benefits from the experience, I also include a guided Meditaion before the Sound Bath.

It involves the use of different pressures and techniques applied, The benefits of Indian head massage: Indian Head Massage is great for detoxifying the body by helping move toxins to the lymph glands, that are basically our filters in our body. Renews and balances energy levels by working with the three higher chakras. Relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety through relaxation. Boosts memory capabilities by relieving stress and quieting the mind. Stimulates lymphatic drainage by circulating blood to the neck area. Indian Head Massage Covers: Shoulders, Neck, Face, Upper Back, Arms and Head. (ladies only)

It is a great way to wind down and give yourself the self-care you deserve. Swedish Massage Benefits Can Include: Reducing stress and increasing relaxation. Reducing pain and muscle soreness and tension. Improving circulation, energy and alertness. Lowering heart rate and blood pressure. Improving immune function.
